Morgan is the founder of CMN Consulting with over 20 years of finance experience, including 8 years as CFO, across public sector, higher education, and professional services. His career spans Big 4 advisory at EY and KPMG, and senior finance leadership at NSFAS where he served as Acting CFO and GM Finance.

He brings deep practical expertise in financial reporting, management accounts, Power BI development, finance automation, and analytics — and has implemented Power BI solutions across multiple organisations in the higher education and public sector environments.

Chipo Nhiwatiwa

Chipo is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience across financial reporting, management accounting, audit, and project finance. Her career spans the private sector — including listed group AEEI — and higher education, where she currently serves as Finance Business Partner at the University of Fort Hare.

She has extensive experience preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements, managing external audits, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and managing grant and project funding compliance. She has held Finance Manager roles with responsibility for full financial management, board reporting, and teams of direct reports.

Her background in both internal and external audit gives her a strong controls and governance perspective, which she brings to client engagements alongside her practical finance management experience.
